Why I've been MIA....

Well as you have probably noticed, posts have been getting shorter and fewer. Here's why.....I first want to thank everyone who has supported me in my photography business. Those who have encouraged me, and those who have trusted me to capture some very important times in your lives. Unfortunately, due to personal issues going on at this time, I have decided to take a break from photography. If/when I decide to start accepting more shoots I will be sure to let everyone know. This is not something I thought would happen, but right now I need to focus on what’s most important in my life – God and my family. Again, thank you for your support and I hope God blesses you in more ways than you can imagine in 2010!!!(Note: If you have already scheduled a shoot with me for 2010, don’t worry, I still plan on doing those shoots. I hope to go out with a bang!!!)

Josh and Melissa

These are some pictures from Josh and Melissa's wedding in April. I had so much fun hanging out with her family and friends that day. My future-husband helped me out as well as my mom. This was my mom's first shoot with me and she did great! GO MOM! The ceremony was held at the old Unionville church and the reception was at the Jesse Helms Center in Wingate.

The groomsmen wanted to make sure Josh didn't go anywhere.

As you can see Melissa had lots of help getting ready.

One last adjustment and she's ready to go!

It was great seeing my old youth pastor Adam.

The groomsmen picked Josh up for an interesting picture.

The bridesmaids tried to do the same with Melissa and the results were even funnier!

She thought about it but she was afraid of the revenge.

Well I was so excited about getting this blogspot up and running I jumped right in posting pictures and forgot to welcome you to my new website. So.....Welcome to my blogspot. I plan on using this blogspot to let potential clients view my work as well as let current and past clients keep up with what is going on with JB Williams Photography. Melissa's Bridal Portraits
